About the Business
We are a co-oprative group of volunteers, producers, artists and makers promoting small businesses and the beautiful North Pennines landscape through the Allendale Forge Studios Art and Craft Centre. As a community interest company and social enterprise we raise awareness, develop skills through tutored workshops and by creating high quality products.
2012 - Named as best practice Community Interest Company UK CIC Regulator. 2008 - One North East Enterprising Britain. 2007 - The organisation represented the 'Arts in Business' for the judging of the Calor Village of The Year that Allendale later won.
