Composition, lighting and telling stories. Think about the village in which you live and what gives it that sense of place, before experimenting with your own camera. We will view the photos during the class, and have fun sharing our photography and ideas. A fun and crafty workshop for ages 6-12. Come along and get weaving! Choose your favourite colours of wool and yarn to make a dangly mobile to hang in your bedroom, or in front of a window.
Add beads and tassels to make it look unique. Make a simple flower-shaped pin cushion from hexagonal patches. Make your own templates, then hand-stitch to practise the techniques used in traditional English patchwork.
